2012 – Fact or Fiction?
Let’s start by exploring the concept of time. Time is a measure of energy expenditure. We have too little or too much depending on the context. When we are enjoying an activity, time seems to “fly”. When we are not enjoying an event, it seems to “stay put”. Time also seems to anchor our focus on the past, present, or future. We may look to the past for happy moments, feel stuck in the present, or mark important events on our calendar to attend to in the future. One thing is for sure, time rules us!
In this dimension, we have become very attached to time. So it’s no surprise that we’ve gotten pretty attached to the hot topic of 2012 and what this time around means for our continued existence. A number of people have invested their livelihood in this research and thus have also stuck to this date. There are several theories that seem to be creating confusion among many, and this confusion seems to be creating more fear and uncertainty. These are the very energies that we are trying to overcome as we journey through the New Earth Paradigm, so why is fear and uncertainty magnified so intensely? Why are the energies of the old paradigm used to distort our experience of an ascended consciousness shift?
Illusion breeds fear, uncertainty and separation.
The truth begets love, peace, wholeness.
The truth is that 2012 does not exist more than the date you are reading this. On the Earth Plane, time is linear and linear time is an illusion. It works in direct opposition to the Universal Law of time, and this opposition inevitably creates resistance and fighting energy. As we journey through this paradigm shift, we are leaving behind many illusions, including fear, separation, struggle, and 3D time, and ascending into unconditional love, freedom, joy, peace, and wholeness. In this space, there is no place for the energies of the old paradigm simply because they are not compatible with the new paradigm in any way.
It is true that Mayan time exists, but there is only linear time on earth; is just as limiting. Just as linear time is limited to the Earth Plane, Mayan time is limited to the Milky Way because Maya is the Keeper of Time in this dimension. Certainly, we are influenced by the energies of this galaxy, but as spiritual beings, we are more than the sum of the Milky Way because we are universal beings and beyond. Therefore, it is important to look at how energies in various realms can influence our human experience, but not allow those energies to limit our experience as an infinite being of light that expands far beyond this galaxy and this universe. We are always more than our current reality!
As we travel through this shift in consciousness, we naturally question more because the energies that surround our planet and our being are acting as a catalyst to destroy illusions, illuminate the truth and help us to release the energies of the old paradigm, so that may we enjoy our journey into the new paradigm of unity consciousness. In these times of questioning illusions, it is important to find grounding activities that help us maintain perspective and presence. Presence frees us from illusion and empowers us to know the truth. I invite you to live in the truth of now instead of speculating about what may happen in 2012.
