Will Trump be Trump or will he try to reinvent himself?: 5 considerations
It seems, to many, that the Republican Party is currently going through an apparent – battle, for its drunk, in terms of what it seeks to represent, into the future! The rhetoric, to date, of many of your current public leaders seems to discuss more about increasing your political influence/power, etc., than about articulating a program/plan, related to politics! There appears to be a divide between those who have joined former President Trump and those who want to move in a different direction. The division seems to be even greater among the base than among the politicians! We have seen reports of a split and possible split between the two approaches etc! Furthermore, whether one supports or opposes Donald Trump, most agree that he was different, in many ways, from his predecessors (although some like that and some don’t). From challenging the past election, to the process, to the integrity of the system, etc., as well as the vitriol/rhetoric, he articulated, and apparently enabled, some of the enemiesIt didn’t seem normal! After this political defeat/loss, we must consider, if Trump will be Trump, or try to reinvent yourself! With that in mind, this article will attempt, briefly, to consider, examine, review, and discuss this and what the ramifications might be.
1. Look, both his words and his actions: Will the statements, public and private, made, change, in tone, etc., or will they remain the same? To do so, it is important to examine/watch closely, both words and actions, and in this individual’s case, if he continues to articulate false claims, etc., as political fact-checkers, did he, in the past, roughly 5 years!
two. Will he go back to vitriol, insulting, blaming and complaining, and cheering on the haters, etc?: Many believe that while Trump may not have organized many of these misdeeds, his vitriol and rhetoric seem to enable and entitle some of these people! For example, after the insurrection, on Capitol Hill, many of those captured claim, believe, they were doing what their President asked them to do! Will we witness a continuation of this, or a different tone? Can a leopard change its spois?
3. Who / how will you blame and complain?: Many politicians blame and complain about their political opponents because unfortunately the politics of hate and anger seem to work! Should we observe, if it exhibits, any change, in this behavior/trend?
Four. Personal legal matters: Since he is no longer president, he loses many of the apparent legal protections that the incumbent of that office possesses. There are a variety of legal cases, already, in-place, and, others, being considered, in a variety of states and regions, and the State of New York has already been granted access to your tax returns (ordered by the Supreme Court). Will attack, claiming that he is the victim, or will he act in a more normal way?
5. Will you maintain your political base/main supporters?: It seems his core followers are the most loyal we’ve seen in recent memory! How will you balance/align your political aspirations/interests, as opposed to what some see as a different direction?
Will Trump just remain Trump or will he try to reinvent/repackage himself? Wake up, America, before it’s too late!
