Thighs of thunder and your legs of cottage cheese

What did the Man Above have in mind when he created so many of us with big legs? I mean, I know it can be nice to have a big butt. JLo and Kim Kardashian have reinvented the butt and have girls who really want to get implants! not crazy? Some guys like them. However, I have yet to find a man who likes cellulite riddled thunder thighs. Dimples are cute on our cheeks, but sporty dimples on our thighs don’t fly. So what can we do to say goodbye to our thunder thighs forever?

Unfortunately for some of us, genetics play a big role in our body shape. So if your mom walks around with fat thighs, then you are at a slight disadvantage. But don’t throw in the towel yet. With a little effort and persistence you can begin to sculpt and tone your lower body.

You see, many men love “thick” legs. “Thick” legs, as they like to call them, are defined as strong and muscular. This is a good thing for those of us born with great legacies. With specific thigh exercises we can turn our oversized cottage cheese thighs into toned and sexy thighs. “Thick” sounds a lot sexier than fat, doesn’t it? With the right exercises and diet, our “thick” thighs will even look like skinny thighs due to the cuts and muscle definition.

Most of us have probably tried countless lunges in a desperate attempt to get rid of our thunder thighs. Lunges help tone your glutes and thighs, and make it harder to sit up the next day, but to really reshape our fat thighs we need a variety of thigh exercises. Our thighs and buttocks are made up of several different muscles and we need to do thigh exercises that target each of these muscles. Unfortunately, many of us can’t afford to hire a personal trainer to teach us these exercises for lean thighs.
