Are you desperate to get ripped abs fast? I know exactly how to do it, as I have personally managed it after finally discovering many truths about abdominal training. First of all, you have to be willing to commit and do whatever it takes to get ripped abs. 1. Build your lean muscle

The most important thing is to lose the layer of abdominal fat that covers the abs. Cardio alone isn’t going to help much. The best way to do this would be to increase your body’s metabolism throughout the day, and you need to build lean muscle to do this. Lean muscle can be developed by doing strength training with weights, but they don’t necessarily have to be very heavy unless you want to get bigger.
