Casting Director (Independent Contractor) Agreement for Successful Film Directing

The casting director contract (independent contractor) is between the casting director and the production studio of the film. The main characteristic of the contract is to show the employment relationship of both parties. Termination clause: The termination provision is applicable to both parties and due notice must be given for the completion of the work.

The agreement also helps the film studio/producer and director understand their duties and responsibilities, facilitating the smooth completion of the production.
