How good is satellite TV for PC?

Many of us would like to watch television on our computers. The problem here is how to do it. There are many free sites that stream TV shows that are 100% legal. Places like witv.com and worldtvpc.com are some of these sites. The only big problem with these free ones is that they are covered with a billion ads. Well, maybe not a billion, but a lot of ads. The other thing is that most of the channels don’t work. Hey, it’s free, so you can’t wait long.

Another way to watch TV from your PC is by using a device called a sling shot. You need to purchase the sling shooting device and set it up on your TV. You connect the device to your high speed internet and then you can enter the device with your PC and watch your TV shows anywhere in the world as long as you have high speed internet access. It’s not that difficult to set up, but finding support can be a bit difficult.

Tivo is another option. You don’t get live TV, but you can transfer your TV shows to your computer and watch them on the go. Tivo has become very easy to use over the years and they have good support.

Lastly, it is a real way to watch over 3000 live channels. You have to buy a PC satellite TV show for this, but the good news is, you don’t have to deal with all the advertisements. A few years ago I paid a few hundred for a PC for a satellite TV show. Today, most programs cost less than a hundred dollars, and you get free updates. It is important to note that, of the 3000 channels, the majority are junk. The same goes for the cable. How many channels do you really watch? After browsing several thousand channels, I have a few that I watch a few times a week and even more when I’m on the road. They have James Bond movies, the new Dr Who series in the UK, and those wacky Japanese game shows.
