Easy and highly effective weight loss diet

Either you want to lose weight or you don’t. Let’s get on with it. This is an easy and highly effective weight loss diet. In this article, I’m going to give you just one step in this process. There are five more steps… So, are you ready for the first step? Let us begin:

The first thing you need to do is determine what your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is. BMR is simply a calculated method of determining how many calories you would burn in the unrealistic (for most people) situation that you did absolutely nothing all day except sit on your couch not even bothering to move to get water, go to the bathroom or something else. If you had to sit in one place for 24 hours straight, without moving. This will be your BMR. You can find a BMR calculator page online simply by doing a search for “BMR calculator.”

Now, after calculating your BMR, we’ll determine the precise amount of calorie intake you’ll need to maintain the exact weight you’re at right now. Why would we want to do that?

Because once we know what kind of caloric intake it would take to maintain your weight, while doing absolutely nothing, we can calculate how much calorie reduction it will take (again, doing nothing) for you to lose weight effectively.

The first thing to do is take your BMR and subtract 15% and 20% from it respectively.

Here’s how: take your BMR number, let’s say, as an example, it’s 2010. Multiply 2010 x 0.15. Use your calculator.

Ok, the figure you should get is 301.5. Just round to 302. Then subtract 302 from 2010. 2010 – 302 = 1708. That’s a 15% decrease in BMR. Now, let’s do the same thing again to get a 20% decrease. 2010 x 0.20 = 402. Subtract 402 from 2010 = 1608.

Ok, here’s the easy part. Simply plan your daily caloric intake (how much food you will eat) between 1,608 and 1,708 calories.

Is not difficult. Quite a few people won’t even make it that far. Here’s the thing. If you move a little, it will work even better and the weight will be lost much faster.

Did you notice that I didn’t say the “E” word (exercise)? You don’t have to exercise if you do nothing but stick to this calorie reduction. BUT, if you really, really want to get unstuck fast, you need to do “some” exercise AND stick to this 15%-20% plan.

You’ll still be getting a lot of caloric intake, but you’ll be burning it off faster than you’re consuming it. Make sense? Should. Now, go find the other five steps.
